Dairy Farm products:-
Dairies have many variables in the design and capacities of milk cooling equipment so our product range has been manufactured to maximize the available heat recovery potential right across this range.
From a small capacity milk vat designed for every other day pickup to 40,000 litre tanks with large glycol chillers.
Our range of heat recovery modules are designed to recover the maximum amount of heat from the refrigeration plant without compromising the functionality or performance of the unit.
We have heat recovery modules from 10kW up to 100 kW capacities with larger units in the development.
Features:-
- Stainless Steel enclosure
- Insulated double wall high pressure heat exchanger for optimal security
- Pre-assembled module with electrical connection for quick installation
- Circulation pump with internal thermal protection
- LED warning for scale buildup in heat exchanger.
- Adjustable flow regulation valve
- Components compatible with drinking water.
- Automatic override to protect the refrigeration plant in case of anomaly.
